Customer Service Officer

  • Passionate about customer care and craving a diverse role?

  • Situated at our Vision Street head office in Dandenong South

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager your excellent people management and communication skills will be well utilised as you:

  • Process sales orders, delivery notes and invoices within our Inventory Management System.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Answer incoming calls from customers providing information for products, order status and sales.
  • Organise and follow up on returned goods in accordance with in-house procedures.
  • Liaise with sales personnel for customers when required
  • Liaise with distribution/manufacturing staff regarding orders and deliveries.
  • Relieve reception when required.
  • Perform office administration duties as required.

Previous experience within a medical device manufacturing environment would be highly regarded and experience with MYOB systems an advantage but not essential. You will be joining a supportive, collaborative team.
